This documentary follows a visually impaired climber and his partner as they take on the challenge of climbing in the United States.
Koichiro Kobayashi a.k.a. Koba, a visually impaired climber, relies on the voice of Naoya Suzuki, a.k.a. Naoya, his site guide, as if he were his own eyes, and they are linked by rope and trust their lives to each other. In 2021, they will travel to the United States with the goal of standing on the red sandstone spires of the Fisher Towers, which soar above Utah. After experiencing unimaginable wilderness, dynamic rock formations formed over hundreds of millions of years, and a reunion with Eric Bayenmeyer, a blind climber who has conquered the highest peaks on seven continents and Kobayashi's mentor, they finally reach their destination, the Fisher Towers, and take on the seemingly impossible challenge of climbing the highest peak in the world. They finally reach their destination, the Fisher Towers, and take on what seems like an impossible challenge.
