[Synopsis]

Ai Shimizu, a sixteen-year-old girl, grows up without knowing freedom because her workaholic and toxic father, Tetsuo, constrained her too much. One day, Ai-chan, who has no friends and doesn't even know how to dress up, happens to meet Seiko. Despite their different lifestyle and culture, they become like family and friends. [Director's Statement]

The film depicts a modern form of family, intertwining a girl's coming of age story.

One day, I had an opportunity to think about what is "normal". Until then, I was thinking of a family as a universal thing, but, blood relatives, living in the same house, are those the only things that make a famliy? Aren't everyone living to their own common sense? Isn't same with "family"? and what is certain is, that there is "♡".

In this film, I packed a lot of Love stories secretly. I hope this film will be seen by as many people as possible, and leave something in their hearts.
