[Synopsis]

One day, Kenji, a man who is making a monster movie all by himself, meets a 9-year-old girl named Juria, who is wandering around town. When Kenji learns that Juria is not attending school and is being abused by her mentally ill mother, he gives her a dog-shaped camera to watch over her and tells her to turn on the camera to record whenever her mother abuses her. Later, he receives a dog-shaped camera from Juria, which contains images that make him want to cover his eyes.

 

[Background]

Inspired by the child abuse case of a mother who pushed her 9-year-old child off the 23rd floor of a hotel in Tokyo in 2021. A new Japanese horror film combining social issues with a horror flavor was born.
